What does the Day of Coordination package include?

• Availability by phone and e-mail communication with Just a Party Girl in the weeks prior to your wedding week.
• An in depth meeting at the ceremony and reception sites to walk through the details and assist in developing the wedding day timeline.  All vendor contracts should be brought to this meeting for coordination into the timeline.
• Creation of Wedding Day timelines and distribution to wedding party and vendors.
• Review of Vendor contracts and contact all vendors to confirm details
• Coordination of wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
• Set up of wedding related items at ceremony and clean up
• Delivery and clean up of wedding related items at reception site.
• Coordination of your wedding rehearsal either solo or in conjunction with your officiant.
• Coordination on wedding day for ceremony only, reception only or both.
• Serving as the point of contact for questions between the rehearsal and the wedding ceremony.  Trust us things come up overnight!
• Greet all vendors before, during, and after the wedding
